Education, aside from being one of the factors we consider in profiling our recruits, is one of the undeniably ignored rights in the country. A few years back, Staffhouse decided to focus its CSR efforts into Education. It was a struggle to choose where to begin so we started with a yearly back to school day program where staff volunteers share a day with a partner school and school bags with supplies are given to at least 100 students.

On our second year, we decided to extend our involvement with one of our partner communities, Lupang Pangako Elementary School – Payatas. Geared towards cultivating a familial atmosphere between Staffhouse employees and 30 selected primary school students, a quarterly activity is plotted in our calendar.

It is with hope to be with this set of students as they grow and move to the next grade level and so on…
