Qualifications
 At least 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction or infrastructure projects
 Preferably with 3 years overseas work experience
 Skilled in operating various machinery, including excavators (1.5t – 30t) for deep drainage trenching, fine trim work, and road construction
 Additional experience with graders and loaders is a strong advantage
 Drain laying experience is highly preferred
 Must have strong English communication skills
 Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and a team player
