• Expertise in Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, GPO, file/print server, and Terminal Server
• Strong knowledge of networking: DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, routing
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure, VMWare, and Fortinet technologies
• Familiarity with Lenovo, SAN, and server technologies
• Detail-oriented, service-driven, and strong in project management
