Qualifications – Roofer
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Roofer
• Skilled in long corrugated iron roofing, membrane roofing, and cladding metal installation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of roofing safety standards, tools, and repair techniques
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Good English communication skills for effective workplace coordination

Qualifications – Vinyl & Flooring Installer
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Vinyl or Flooring Installer
• Skilled in both vinyl and carpet installation, including cutting, fitting, and finishing
• Knowledgeable in the use of vinyl welding guns and related flooring tools
• Ability to assess layouts accurately and deliver high-quality finishes
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installation work
• Good English communication skills for effective workplace coordination
